TERROR IS JUST BENEATH THE SURFACE
Actor Lance Henriksen of ‘Alien’-fame is back with another action sci-fi film about space monsters. “Harbinger Down”, which had its world premiere on April 28 at Hollywood’s Egyptian Theatre, tells the story of a group of university grads on a research trip to study orcas and climate change in Alaska. The college students found more than whales: an old, wrecked soviet spaceship that conducted experiments with microscopic Earth animals that have muted in space and are hungry–very hungry.
“Harbinger Down” is also an all Practical Effects (PFX) creature film funded through Kickstarter and Dark Dunes Productions. An alternative by Alec Gillis and Tom Woodruff Jr. of StudioADI to big studio graphics driven genre films and a love letter to the fans. To learn more go here.
